Who We Are!

MCM was born in 2020 from our founder Kimberly’s passion for planning events. MCM Event Stylist is a full-service event planning company located in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Destination clients seek our services to plan, design, and produce their special events, in Jamaica. From managing multi-day events for your destination wedding weekend to planning a Birthday dinner party for six guests, MCM Event Stylist provides award-winning services from concept to completion. In other words, we've got your back! We offer something for everyone, weddings, birthday dinners, and corporate events.

Our Process

  • GETTING TO KNOW YOU

    We’ll learn about you, your relationship, your goals, your aesthetic, your budget, and your guests. This is where you pick and choose which areas of services you will hire us for: planning, design & decor, coordination. We then present you with an estimate of what the event will cost, as well as our contract. We’ll begin by mapping out the entire planning process, and personally guide you through every single step.

  • LOGISTICS AND PLANNING

    This is where the magic begins . We start by finding that amazing venue .Looking at your food and beverage pairings and presentation based on what your destination is known. Analyzing a photographer given their personality and medium, and the way they handle light. It’s navigating tenting and permits, and understanding grade changes and generators. From procuring accommodations and transportation, rain back-ups, and beyond, we manage it all. We serve as your advocates, presenting procured choices based on what is best for you and your event, while perfectly curating the getaway of a lifetime for you, your families, and your friends.

  • DESIGN

    This is where we start bringing the vision to life! Whether for your full event or just the florals, you are presented with the mood board and floor plan. (Large scale events will also receive a detailed rendering.) Once you fall in love with the design ideas, a formal decor proposal is presented. We’ll create a cohesive design that mixes who you are and what you love with the unique sensibilities of where you’re celebrating.

  • Execution

    It takes a village to produce a great wedding. After the planning and design is set, we become hosts on your wedding weekend, overseeing the production from set-up to tear-down. Welcome bags delivered; rehearsal dinner, welcome party, and activities (if you’d like) completely managed. We’ll make sure you have your beverage of choice in hand. Your parents, too. Mother nature has other plans? No problem. All you have to do is dress up and show up. This day is all about you and your guests, it is worry free and all we want, is for you to enjoy!

Kimberly Martin-Campbell

Managing Director

Kimberly believes in love ❤ and wants to help every couple that finds that love to be able to have that special celebration to show the world. Having worked over five (5) years part-time in the event industry, she realized she had a passion for  creating MEMORABLE events. This in addition to her strong yet loving persona allows her to be able to handle your precious moments, with ease. She has conceptualized, planned and executed expos, weddings, banquets, birthday parties and sporting activities. Armed with a certification in Event Planning from Caribbean Institute for Media and Communication (Carimac). She utilizes  her training to execute efficient, but magical events  which seek to exceed the clients expectations.
